This 30 min zoom online session is typically with our founder & chief instructor or one of our senior trainers. This is an ideal way to start for someone coming out of injuries, health issues or during pregnancy. Your session expert would understand through discussion and some basic movement your level of fitness and readiness for a Pilates/Barre plan.
