Taru Chaddha is a globally certified Pilates and Barre instructor with a deep passion for movement and well-being. She founded RedMat Pilates to create a space dedicated to women’s health, fitness, and empowerment. Under her leadership, RedMat has not only become a go-to destination for high-quality training but also a recognized Pilates Academy International (PAI) certification center, training and certifying future instructors.
